arm. The incident was reported to the nursing supervisor, and an internal investigation revealed that no
fall risk assessment was performed upon her admission. Additionally, the call bell was not within the
patient’s easy reach.
The fall has caused Mrs. Sharma significant emotional distress, making her anxious about her recovery.
Her family is upset about the incident and has expressed concerns regarding the hospital’s safety
protocols. The nursing staff is tasked with ensuring her safety, providing emotional support, and
