Cancellation & Returns

At Gullybaba.com, we believe that the Customer is the King. Being an educational content provider, our vision is to serve as a Lighthouse for learners, ensuring access to accurate, high-quality study materials and reliable academic support.

To maintain transparency and fairness, we request all customers to carefully read the updated Cancellation & Returns Policy, which outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or cancellations may be considered.

All orders placed on Gullybaba.com are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, in rare and exceptional cases, if you face an issue with the product or service, Gullybaba may approve a return or refund at the company’s sole discretion.
The final decision lies with our Customer Support & Quality Control Team, based on the evidence and nature of the issue.

Return/Refund Initiate Process

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, you may inform us through:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after:

• We receive the returned goods (for physical products), or

• We verify the reported issue (for digital products).

A 10% processing & payment gateway charge will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Eligibility Criteria for Return / Refund

A return/refund may be approved ONLY in the following situations:

✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Incomplete study material
✔️ Missing pages or chapters
✔️ Wrong or mismatched solutions
✔️ Printing or binding defects
✔️ Duplicate content or incorrect syllabus
✔️ Wrong dispatch by our logistics team

If any of the above issues are verified, Gullybaba will process the return/refund accordingly.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

🚫 Customized or personalized products
🚫 Digital goods (PDFs, e-guides, soft copies, flipbooks, online-access content)
🚫 Products purchased under a sale, discount, or promotional offer
🚫 Products damaged or mishandled after delivery
🚫 Study material already used, photocopied, written on, or utilized for exam preparation
🚫 Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or “no longer needed” reasons

➡️ IMPORTANT: If the product was delivered correctly as per the order and syllabus, a return/refund will NOT be accepted.

Responsibility for Returning Goods

If your return request is approved, you must send the product to:

You are responsible for:

• Return shipping charges

• Safe and secure packaging

• Ensuring delivery through a trackable / insured courier

We will not be liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds are released only after inspection and approval of the returned goods.

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift:

• You will receive gift credit after approval of the return.

• If the original buyer received the product first, the refund will be issued to them.

Cancellation of Orders

For Physical Products

• Cancellation is allowed ONLY before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

For Online-Access Products

• Cancellation must be requested before first login or access.

• Once accessed, the product becomes strictly non-refundable.

Refund Timelines & Mode of Payment

If your cancellation/refund request is approved:

• Refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout

• Processing time: up to 15 working days

• All refunds will be made after deducting applicable charges, including Shipping & 10% processing fees

Important Notes

• Refunds are not applicable once the study material has been dispatched, accessed, downloaded, or used.

• Delays caused by third-party courier companies are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.

• All communication must be made from the registered email or phone number used at the time of purchase.

• Gullybaba reserves the right to approve or deny any return/refund request after verification.
